I started my baking journey in 2014 when with the help of youtube, made my mum's birthday cake.

baked by rosie was born and fast forward to 2025 I turned my passion into my full job time.

My style has evolved over the years and I now specialise in buttercream cakes, with a love for heart cakes and vintage piping.

I have always had an artistic side and truly love that this can come out in cake designing and decorating.

I absolutely love being a part of weddings and special celebrations, providing cakes that not only look beautiful, but taste incredible too.
