MEET ROSIE
I started my baking journey in 2014 when with the help of YouTube began creating white fondant roses to accompany my mum's birthday cake. From there I was asked to make cakes for friends and family.
I am completely self taught and love learning new techniques with every cake I create. MY favourite cakes to make are lambeth vintage designs or anything floral. My style has evolved over the years and I now specialise in buttercream style cakes.
I have always had an artistic side and truly love that this can come out in cake designing and decorating.
